Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Range
Delivery Area: We currently ship within the United States.
Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas.

Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Time: Orders take between 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at the destination from the moment your order has been processed.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time: We require 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to arrive from the point of putting in your order.

Shipping Process
Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
Lost Orders:  In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1 to 3 business days after the first package.
